TAHOOOOOOOOOO!!!

No need to panic and run after the taho vendor! Let me bring the taho to you!

Taho is a popular Filipino street food snack that consists of three main components: fresh silken tofu, arnibal (sweet syrup made from caramelized sugar), and sago pearls (similar to tapioca pearls). It's a sweet and comforting treat that is often enjoyed as a breakfast item or an afternoon snack.

Street vendors roam the streets in the morning (or afternoon), carrying large containers and calling out “Taho!” to attract customers. When a customer orders, the vendor scoops a portion of tofu into a cup, adds sago pearls, and then drizzles the sweet arnibal syrup over the top.
